Depending on where you look on the Ramtron website, they say
"practically unlimited" to "more than 1,000,000,000,000". That's
cycles *per cell*, not for the whole unit. Even with most GHz CPUs,
hitting one location more than a quadrillion times is quite a bit. I
wonder what the cycle lifetime is for core memory?
