Apple Profiles...

I have this, however it's in multipage lzw compressed tiff format, not 
PDF.  I'll gladly send it your way on condition that you'll turn it into 
a proper PDF so it can be put up somewhere such as lisa.sunder.net or 
bitsavers. :-)
