Maybe, but I read all of my email in plaintext (not HTML) only. I use 
Pegasus for my reader, which isn't all that old (Version 4.41, July, 
2006)--and the eBay URLs don't carry over as links from one line to 
the next.  If it's longer than about 72 characters, forget it.
