Removing side panels of DEC mini rack

Check to see if it has posts on the panels which fit into keyhole slots 
on the chassis.  If it is indeed set up that way, you should be able to 
loosen a couple of nuts and then just lift them off.

It would be easier if you could put pictures of said rack up on the web 
and send a link to the list.  It would enable us to see to what model 
rack you're referring.
