Speaking of which, what's the current DECnet phase?  I have some DECnot
docs for Phase IV which I fetched in 2001, but before I start doing
anything with them I'd like to make sure they're the latest.

socket(AF_DECnet,...) here I come! :-)  No, I don't know whether I'll
actually get anywhere, but it will surely be interesting.
