Actually I thought his complaints about it had some merit, and my
first computer was a VIC-20 (which I used for 4 years). I'd
personally have added the VT100 keyboard to the list for the exact
same reasons the author gave, ergonomics. But then in the 80's this
kind of thing was normal and none of us gave it a second thought.
