I'd proably go for overkill and get a 50VA one. But then I like 
over-rating power-handling components...

I thought it was all one word -- Radiospares. I still have a few -- a 
very few -- components wih that name on them.

I believe the name changed in 1972. The RS sales reps get annoyed if you 
call them Radiospares, but everyone does :-).
