anyone scans/PDFs of the DEC (VMS) "grey wall" ?

yeah, I can't stand HTML index type documents, drives me crazy.
and if there's v5 that would be the best one I'd want. not sure what my near-grey wall has.

so where can I find this CONOLD CD?
