I don't think I want to sell it. I will lend it to you iff you digitize 
it and make it publicly available.

An alternative might be for me to find a local digitizing company. If 
you would pay the costs I could send you the file. That might be faster 
perhaps?

There is even a third alternative. I am long planning to buy a descent 
scanner with sheet feeder. I could do that now. But the book is somewhat 
wrinkled so I'm not sure if a sheet feeder could handle it well.
