Wanted: ISO image of DEC 40th Anniversary CD

   I've just managed to seriously disappoint myself.

   I was given a copy of this by Bob Mader about nine years ago.  I  
dug it out with the intention of making an image, and I get 98MB into  
the disk and it fails on read errors.  I've tried it in two drives so  
far, no luck.

   If anyone does manage to make an image of this disk, please make  
it available.
