All Amigas with HD floppy drives run HD media at 150RPM. Commodore used
Chinon drives which would change speed according to the HD hole in the
floppy jacket. And I have never had any problems with HD floppies on my
Amiga. Altough the transfer rate is only half of an HD floppy on most
other systems, it is nice to squeeze 1.9MB on a floppy (depending on the
file system and trackdisk.device replacement). BTW it's working since 1992
(that's when I got my A3000).
