Hi Fred Jan,

are you sure those are 2114's?
Not that I am 100% sure, but to me those are 2111 RAMs, 400 ns types.

If you are sure those aren't 2111's
I do have some 2114's on 'stock' .
I'll have to look for 2111's I'm not sure I've those.
But if you need them I'll search for them.
