Well, if emulations count, I wrote a terminal emulator for X that does
a pretty good "VT-100", though it has some things that I think are
post-VT-100.  I don't know whether Minux does X, but, even if not, it
might not be too hard to extract the emulator code.

ftp.rodents-montreal.org:/mouse/X/mterm.src/ for them as wants.  If you
want to extract the X3.64-plus-DEC-extensions ("VT-100") emulator, you
mostly want mterm-dec-ansi.c.
