I have just setup a new official mirror in Germany. The machine has a 
10Gbit/s network interface and is currently connected with 1Gbit/s to the 
backbone (soon 10Gbit/s). It is accessible via http and ftp at:
bitsavers.informatik.uni-stuttgart.de
