If this is a standard VT100 video board (any of the 3 common ones), then
it's a standard monochrome CRT. 12", 90 degree deflection, 12V heater,
modified B7G base. Just aout any CRT with those specs can be got to work
with very little difficulty.
The can rates of a VT100 are the normal TV ones. I thought standard
VT100s had a composite video output BNC connector on the back, but I
might be thinking of some other terminal.
