This bit seems to have gotten lost in a discussion of VoIP codecs.

I'd missed/forgotten that the UUCP Mapping Project had shutdown back in 
2000. There are some old maps from 1998 available on ftp.uu.net for 
those with a need to kill time. But

There's some interest, but I don't currently have any vintage systems 
that'd be up regularly enough to participate.
