1" paper tape buy ?

If I ever run into a paper folder, I am going to try to get it set up
for fanfold paper tape. It will probably involve lots of air turning
blue and thrown objects, but once set up could fold more paper tape
than I will ever need.

One of the problems is that paper folders are never cheap, even on the
surplus and auction market.
