Looking for DEC QVSS (M7602) manual or dip-settings

I'll check there, thanks for the suggestion. For the time being I
soldered on a pair of RCA connectors and have the bulkhead/QVSS
connected via a standard RCA cable (easily removed) and it appears to
work. So, huzzah!
