BA123 Replacement Casters - Suitable substitute found

This is related to why my spare chassis has issues.  I used to sit 
other hardware on top of it.  The one my PDP-11/73 lives in hasn't 
had much more than a VT420 sitting on it in the last 10+ years (and 
for 8+ of them it hasn't even had that on top).
