I have a 10278A, which is the equivalent logic analyzer interface for the 
HP 1000.  I'd be happy to send you a PDF of the manual for that card, which 
although not directly applicable, may help you to understand the circuitry 
of the 10276A.  Contact me off list if you want it.

The HP 64000 preprocessor sales brochure 5953-9222 at Bitsavers briefly 
describes the 10276A on page 7.
