Is it? I thought it turned at 300rpm and used 250kbps MFM recording like
most 3.5" drives of the time.

This, as I am sure you know, is a PQFP package. it also has to be the
right version to get the I/O ports it needs. I still have the dead chip,
I can post the number if anyone thinks they could get one.
