Be careful handling computer racks

I asusme that's some kind of lockable box or shroud that fits over the 
plug. THey exist over here, particularly for what I call BS4343 plugs (I 
can never rememebr the CEN number) which are used on industrial power 
tools, etc, and which don;'t contain fuses.
