WD1771 application note, under "Data Seperation"(sic) "...and (sic)
external data seperator (sic) is recommended." Actually, the number
of (sics) in that AN probably sets some sort of record.
And yet, I've run across several systems (wasn't the TRS-80 Mod I one
of them?) that blithely ignored this recommendation.
