Hmmmm. I was hacking Galaxian video games at that time and my employers bought a Nascom 1 for me to use as a 'development platform'. The hardware was quite similar to many of the pub game machines back then.
I bought a Nascom 2 soon after they came out and got as far as a hard disk controller and a 5Mb 8" hard disk before getting side-tracked into pimping Macs!
