It's probably a bit of a hassle, but could you get a picture of the
guts of the keyboard/montor back panel assembly? The keyboard looks
like a Keytronics with a serial interface, similar to the ones we
used on the later AED terminals.

I'm guessing they added a deserializer to the back panel assembly.
