AFAIK, all 8" drives used 150-ohm termination.  I have a couple of FD1165s 
here that also fail to match the bitsavers doc.  However, I don't recall 
it being all that difficult to figure things out.

What specifically isn't lining up?  Generally the acronyms and 
abbreviations in the jumper silkscreen remain the same across revisions.
