I suppose there could be such a thing, but here in the US, when people 
talk about 277V it is usually phase-to-neutral, with 480V 
phase-to-phase.  This is common in industrial use, both for heavy 
equipment and 277V lighting (fluorescent, sodium, or metal halide).
