Trivial to adapt C64 1902 monitor output to s-video?

The C-64 video output +is+ S-Video.. nothing to convert so much, as just
making the correct cable for your application.

You just need to get the Chroma and Luma signals (and possibly the audio as
well) from the port. That's S-Video..
