Yeah - I found out that it is the german keyboard layout which makes
PuTTY nervous. AltrGr (to get the backslash) and Ctrl together is not
"supported" with PuTTY. Switching to US keyboard layout works.
But yes - I could change the Kermit configuration too ;)
