Quadra 660AV what's with the "PowerPC" label?

Are they socketed? I guess you are just saying that it'd be 
technically possible?

That was my thought, too, until I opened it up. It's definitely not 
upgraded. It doesn't even have any adapter installed on the slot. I guess 
maybe that's only there if you want to use Nubus. The case is 
silkscreened, too, not a sticker. I think it might just be the cover from 
a 6100 or something.
