I presume by "disassembly listing of it" you are referring to Integer
BASIC.  There's no need to disassemble Programmer's Aid #1 as the source
listings are in the manual. 
I think it was a disassembly listing of all the roms in a Apple II,
it was called something revealed, maybe dos, or maybe  I don't
remember and now need to poke all over my office looking for it.
