It looks like the CVT Avant Stellar is no longer available. It was a
clone of the Northgate OmniKey Ultra-T.
The genuine Model M technology went from IBM to their spinoff Lexmark
 to Unicomp:

Here are some other options, though I haven't personally tried any of
 them:

Does anyone know if a keyboard that has function keys to the left and no
numeric keypad? I find a lot of modern keyboards too wide to use
comfortably with a mouse, and have always found function keys on the
left great for debugging. I guess I'm looking for the modern equivalent
of an 'AT'-like layout.
Thanks, Mark.
