Floppy controler? I have a similar card from MTI and it is
a RX02 emulating floppy controler with Shugart SA800 interface.

number and 2 50-pin headers at teh ccard edge.
Megans pdp11-field-guide.txt says:
DQ130 Q Dilog DU120 tape controller. Emulates TM11.
