Me too, someone local might be able to get a nice deal.
His main complaint about not wanting to sell them
under $450 seems to
stem from his perceived difficulty in shipping them, which I can
understand completely (as I have to ship a lot of stuff I sell).
Or tell him you'll offer him double what his scrapper will pay for the
systems, and offer to pick them up yourself.
