Then I remembered that this stuff is only minimally
available and teaching
digital design based on TTL is somewhat like teaching fashion design based on
mammoth skins.
Naah, it's like teaching electronics using vacuum tubes ("valves").
Yes, you can learn the principles.
But, you still need to learn the current materials.
