I don't know much about PET's but I guess "working"
means it beeps 4 times. That is working, isn't it?

Does anyone know what 4 quick beeps at
power on means for a Commodore PET 4032?
When I hit the power switch, the 4 beeps
come immediately, and then nothing ...
no sound, and nothing at all on the CRT.
This is a new-to-me 4032, allegedly working.
