Hi folks, Brian Knittel and I have acquired a Kennedy vacuum-column tape drive (along with a VAX 11/750 and some other goodies), which he is right this minute driving up from San Jose. He tells me that the tape drive is on rails and rack-mounted, and that the way to remove it from the rack is not obvious. (He can see a latch that prevents the drive from sliding farther into the rack, but not the one that is preventing it from sliding out.) Can anyone tell us how to get it out? This will make it much easier to get out of the rent-a-truck and up the stairs. Thanks! Norm Aleks
