Excellent. I found an archive of useful versions at
https://dectalk.nu/Info.html but it's not clear without downloading if they
include any source.
I would expect scripting the connection of another synthesizer to a
serial input would be trivial, but processing the unspoken command (pitch
etc) would involve translation and reimplementation to convert DECTalk
syntax into espeak (or whatever). Actual DECTalk code would be much less
work.
