IIRC the VT05 needs pause/spacing characters when operating above 300 bauds or so, so
effectively reducing its speed.
The VT05B needs fill after line feed, but not otherwise.
This reminds me that I have a VT50 somewhere, also
quite limited with its 80x12 (!) screen.
Yes, uppercase only I believe. The VT05 is also upper case only but 72 x 20.
