If you meant
"had machine instructions both for decimal and for binary
arithmetic", the answer includes the PDP-11 and VAX, and I think the
Intel 4004 had instructions used as building blocks in decimal
arithmetic.
The Motorola 68000 has the instructions ABCD, NBCD, and SBCD for
decimal arithmetic.
The 6502 has a flag bit which allows the programmer to specify whether the
ADC and SBC instructions operate on binary or BCD values.
