David, I'll explain my goal.
In fact, early OS/2 had a bunch of versions that vary a bit. There were
versions 3.5 and 5.25. There were versions that differ in the built-in
service pak (CSD).
There were localized versions. There have been many Microsoft OS/2 OEM
versions, each with unique drivers and utilities supplied by the
manufacturer.
I have studied the information on the Internet and the available
copies/screenshots many times. Also, various IBM announcements,
informational and promotional materials have been studied.
if you can show photos of the labels of the Install Disk 0 from each
package that you have, I can say with confidence whether these versions are
in open sources or not.
Bill, Compaq has released several versions and revisions of OS/2. Some of
them have not been found yet. Please tell me, what is your version of
Compaq OS/2?
Found versions 1.00 (Rev. A), 1.10 (Rev. B), 1.10 (Rev. (C) and 1.21 (Rev.
A).
The existence of version 1.00 has been confirmed (Rev. B), but it has not
been found yet. Also, version 1.10 (Rev. A) probably existed.
All the versions mentioned above are English. It's interesting to find the
ones that aren't found. As well as localizations, if they existed (I think
German and French versions were released).
Bill, Can you show me a photo of the floppy disk?
Regards.

The Virtual OS museum has MS and IBM OS/2

It includes some Citrix versions that OEM the main providers, too.
I have a couple of IBM OS/2 boxes (1.1 and maybe 1.2, I think) that I
can snap pictures of media from if you're interested; but there are
probably places like the Internet Archive that already have such
things:

There is very little on the internet. For
example, there is very little
information about OEM versions of MS OS/2 1.x, as well as little
information about OS/2 1.X localizations.
